Today, I choose to return to the basics.
To relearn how to breathe.
To learn how to rest.
To learn how to listen.
To learn to speak with care.
To learn how to observe.
To learn how to slow down.
To learn how to love.
To learn how to reconnect with nature.
To learn how to understand myself better.
And today, I’m taking my first class – learning how to breathe again.
